The Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will play a key role in helping our tech partners deliver on their promises: from onboarding to activation, integration to optimisation. You’ll work hand-in-hand with both internal teams and external stakeholders (from marketing leads to product teams) to ensure projects are rolled out efficiently and generate real impact.

This role blends Customer Success responsibilities with project management and process design elements. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can align multiple teams, and is passionate about making tech work in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding & Support
    Guide new clients through onboarding processes; help them activate features and understand product value quickly.

  • Relationship Management
    Be the main point of contact for our partners and their clients (e.g. sports leagues, broadcasters, or OTT platforms).

  • Project Coordination
    Drive implementation timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Workflow & Process Integration
    Help define, document, and sometimes redesign internal or client-facing workflows to improve efficiency and accountability.

  • Training & Enablement
    Equip marketing, content, or data teams with the knowledge and tools to get the most from the product.

  • Success Metrics & Reporting
    Track and report on engagement, feature usage, and satisfaction across projects; identify areas for optimisation.

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management role; ideally in SaaS or media-tech environments.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage diverse stakeholders and foster trust.

  • Project-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a “get-things-done” attitude.

  • Comfortable with light technical tasks (e.g., understanding APIs, managing CMS workflows, or using no-code tools).

  • Fluent in English, and another language is a plus.

  • Experience in the sport, media, entertainment, or fan engagement industries is highly valued.

Package:

  • Compensation: 

    • 35-40K euros (annual) based on experience

    • Team bonuses based on performance
