The Role: Content & Marketing Creative:
We’re looking for a hybrid talent — part creative content producer, part marketing coordinator, and fully social media native — to join our team and play a central role in:
1. Content Factory Creation & Management for Sports Organisations :
Contributing to the design and implementation of a new Content Factory setup: from strategy and workflows to content execution.
Producing engaging and creative content: videos, reels, motion graphics, editorial posts, visuals, memes, and storytelling formats adapted to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and more.
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the content pipeline, including editorial planning, creative ideation, and community engagement.
Collaborating with our in-house team and external talents (freelancers, creatives, editors) to scale content production efficiently and consistently.
2. Marketing & Communication for LaSource
Owning and developing LaSource’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and supporting our positioning as a thought leader in the sports & entertainment innovation space.
Producing marketing assets: case studies, pitch decks, visuals, newsletter content, and brand materials.
Supporting agency marketing initiatives: from podcast coordination to event communication, partner activations, and strategic announcements.
What We’re Looking For:
A creative storyteller who understands sports culture and digital communities.
Skilled in content creation tools — from video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) to design (Canva, Adobe Suite).
Deeply fluent in social media formats, trends, and tone of voice — especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Bilingual or fluent in English and French.
Comfortable working independently, managing projects from concept to execution, and contributing to both strategic and hands-on work.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Bonus if you have experience in agencies, creative studios, or digital roles in sports or entertainment.
Contract & Compensation:
Full-time Position
Location : Our offices are in Paris, Bordeaux and Ghent with a hybrid remote policy. Occasional travels, depending on your missions.
Compensation aligned with experience
Ticket Restaurant : 9€50/working day
