Social Content Strategist & Producer
Paris / Bordeaux / Ghent - Partial Remote
LaSource is a strategy and innovation agency on a mission to shape the future of sports and entertainment. Founded in 2019, we operate at the crossroads of sport, business, and technology - partnering with forward-thinking leagues, federations, broadcasters, tech companies, and startups to solve strategic challenges and drive lasting impact.
With a global footprint and offices in Paris, Bordeaux, and Ghent, our team of consultants, entrepreneurs, and industry experts brings a unique blend of deep market insight, hands-on experience, and a passion for innovation. From tech scouting and business model design to go-to-market strategies and digital transformation, we work side by side with our clients to turn vision into action.
At LaSource, we value curiosity, collaboration, and excellence. We’re looking for a hybrid profile — someone with a strong background in content and social media, who’s ready to step up and lead the day-to-day operation and project coordination of Content Factories for major sports organisations. This role blends hands-on creative production with strategic oversight and project management.
Your Missions:
1. Lead Content Factory Operations for Sports Organizations
Co-design and implement scalable Content Factory models: from editorial workflows to creative execution.
Lead the daily operations of content production teams (internal + freelancers) including planning, creative briefing, task management, and delivery timelines.
Ensure content aligns with platform formats and fan expectations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.
Produce and review assets: videos, reels, motion graphics, visuals, memes, editorial content, and fan activations.
Contribute to storytelling strategy and community engagement alongside clients and internal teams.
2. Drive LaSource’s Brand & Marketing Efforts
Owning and developing LaSource’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and supporting our positioning as a thought leader in the sports & entertainment innovation space.
Producing marketing assets: case studies, pitch decks, visuals, newsletter content, and brand materials.
Supporting agency marketing initiatives: from podcast coordination to event communication, partner activations, and strategic announcements.
Who You Are:
A digital native with strong creative instincts and a passion for sports culture.
Currently or previously in a content/social/media manager role at a league, club, or sports media outlet, and ready to grow into a hybrid role involving project ownership and creative management.
Fluent in content creation tools: CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
Deeply familiar with social platforms, formats, and fan behavior – particularly TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Able to think strategically while being operational and hands-on.
Bilingual or fluent in English and French.
At ease leading projects and people, managing freelancers, and working independently.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.
Bonus if you have:
Experience in a creative agency, studio, or content department within a sports organisation.
Skills in community management, copywriting, or influencer campaigns.
