VP of Sales - Data Partnerships

LaSource is looking for a passionate and driven VP of Sales to join our dynamic team! If you have 5-10 years of experience in sales related to sports performance/media data solutions, a strong network among leagues/federations/data vendors, a deep understanding of technology, and a strong appetite for growth, we want to meet you.

What you’ll do:
Reporting into the CSO, you will :

  • Represent the top Sports startups in front of Federations, Leagues, Clubs, Data Companies, Broadcasters and Agencies in sports

  • Drive direct sales & close deals on behalf of our portfolio companies represented by LaSource

  • Structure and manage a BD team among one of our portfolio companies represented by LaSource

  • Ensure externally the quality and perception of LaSource and the start-ups represented by LaSource

  • Collaborate with our partners to create tailor-made solutions that drive value.

  • Work independently while being part of a supportive, growth-focused team.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5-10 years or more of experience in sales, ideally within technology or sports data partnerships.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth with a team.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sportstech.

  • Excellent knowledge of English, more languages are a plus.

Salary

  • Gross Salary : competitive salary (~65-70KEUR) + up to 5KEUR of team and individual benefits in the year

  • Sales commissions (5-7.5%)

  • Lunch tickets 9,5€ / working day

  • 50% of your health insurance
