Jean Baptiste Alliot joins LaSource as Chief Strategy Officer

We are very excited to announce that Jean-Baptiste Alliot is joining us at LaSource as Chief Strategy Officer.

Jean-Baptiste has worked in the sport industry for the past 10 years across multiple positions which lead him to drive several programs and the innovation strategy within UEFA, culminating with the creation of the UEFA Innovation Hub. Jean-Baptiste was involved in the creation of programs runs by UEFA (MESGO, UEFA MIP, UEFA CFM).

At LaSource, he is now in charge of helping sports organisations defining and implementing their innovation strategy to support them in achieving their strategic objectives. He is still working closely with the UEFA Innovation Hub and supporting sports organisations in engaging and operationalizing high-potential start-ups.

“I’m thrilled to announce that I have joined LaSource in 2021 as Chief Strategy Officer (& Co-Founder) while continuing to drive the UEFA Innovation Hub initiatives. I look forward to further expanding innovation and strategic partnerships within the sport and entertainment industry at such a decisive moment, and especially with the support of a leading organisation like UEFA. COVID-19 has had major impacts and changes on the entire industry. 2020 has revealed and accelerated already known trends which now requires executives and the whole industry to question more than ever how it has done things for the past decades, to rethink its current business model and find new ways to create and leverage existing assets differently.
Innovation has always been a team sport and now more than ever, strategic collaborations will be key to drive the sport industry forward to address its current challenges. I couldn’t be more excited to start this next chapter in my career in such a decisive moment, helping traditional sports organisations to be even more innovative, resilient and agile through outside-in and inside-out innovation!” JB recently announced on his LinkedIn Profile.
