The San Francisco 49ers is an American Football team based in San Francisco, who won five Super Bowls between 1981 and 1994.

The team embarked on a digital transformation about ten years ago, building a new stadium, hiring more employees, and bringing in a host of technology innovations for an amazing fan experience.

Today we have been pleased to receive Alison Lu, from San Francisco 49ers. A graduate of Harvard and Yale, Alison began her career in the sports industry with the Orlando Magic. Today, she is the Director of Business Strategy and Analytics at San Francisco 49ers, and Elevate Sports Ventures.

For almost an hour, Alison, Samuel, and JB discussed how this franchise is improving its in-venues experience, as well as how Alison's team collects and analyses data from fans. We also spoke about Elevate Sports Venture and the relationship it has with the team at the 49ers.
