We are expanding our team with a Social Media Manager who will play a key role in operating and growing the digital presence of our clients across platforms.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and proactive Social Media Manager to manage content production and distribution across multiple channels. This role is highly operational, requiring strong autonomy, adaptability, and a passion for sports. You will be directly responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging content, while also supporting client teams on-site or remotely.
The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with the ambition to grow into a content strategist, contributing to the development of our 360° content expertise internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing: Produce, edit, and adapt multimedia content (short-form videos, graphics, written posts) for various social platforms.
Social Distribution: Schedule and publish content across channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
Gamification strategy creation: Produce and create gamified experiences on customer platforms to engage fans.
Client Support: Collaborate with client teams (leagues, federations, broadcasters) to strengthen their digital presence and support their day-to-day operations.
Community Engagement: Monitor interactions, respond where appropriate, and maintain a strong connection with fans.
Reporting & Analytics: Track performance, analyze KPIs, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
Event Coverage: Support live coverage of sporting events (including occasional evening/weekend shifts, approx. 1–2 times per month).
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging formats, platform features, and fan engagement trends.
What We Are Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in social media management (sports industry experience is a strong plus).
Strong content creation and editing skills (video editing, graphic tools such as Photoshop/Canva, TikTok/Reels editing).
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with great attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
Fluent in English and French (other languages are a plus).
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
