The Backbone Behind Our Next Chapter: Welcoming Carole Goudouly
Our growth over the past year has been visible across the board, with more clients, more projects, and more teammates joining the journey.
With that momentum comes the need for a stronger structure and administrative backbone behind the scenes. Which is why we’re proud to welcome Carole Goudouly as our new Administrative Coordinator.
Let’s get to know Carole, not just from her professional side, but also a bit of the person behind the position!
Get to know the professional
- Welcome to LaSource! What motivated and inspired you to join our team?
- The international positioning of the company and the fact that, in the very end, the end user is a person like you and me.
- Could you share a bit about your professional journey so far, and the experiences that have shaped where you are today?
- I worked for 10 years as a project manager in a translation agency. I then joined a startup in the aeronautics sector as a trilingual executive assistant. After that, I spent 12.5 years in the international department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Chamber of Commerce and Industry as an administrative and commercial coordinator. My last job was at Bordeaux City Hall, where I helped organise the World Forum for Social and Solidarity Economy. I was in charge of marketing the stands, ticketing, recruitment, and coordinating volunteers.
- What are you most excited to work on here, and what will be your main focus or goal in your role?
- Ensure that, like in a team, creativity can be expressed but be the guardian of rules and process as well at the same time.

Three words that define your personality: Reliable, Trustworthy, Supportive
Favourite athlete/sportsperson: Bebe Vio, such an example of resilience and, of course, Roger Federer, for its fairplay and elegant playing style.
A bold sports/tech prediction for the next 3 years: Development of AI to prevent digital doping? The snake that bites its own tail?
A sporting moment you’ll never forget: France 98, and also Graulhet in the quarterfinals. I was so young….
Dream sporting event to attend: Roland Garros
Early morning training or late-night grind: None. Both. Depends on my motivation
One book/podcast you recommend: At the moment, I am reading Un jeudi saveur chocolat from Michiko Aoyama, who also wrote La Bibliothèque des rêves secrets. A feel-good book, very easy to read, which shows that we sometimes put up barriers in our own minds…
If LaSource were a football team, what position would you play: Goalkeeper
