REDESIGNING THE FRENCH BASKETBALL DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM
The Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB) partnered with LaSource in 2025. Together, we initiated a multi-year transformation to rethink how the league engages fans, supports clubs and delivers its digital strategy.
STRATEGIC INNOVATION & TRANSFORMATION
The DFL, renowned for its innovative stance in the sports industry, sought to enhance its innovation potential in July 2023. The league engaged us to develop a proposal for establishing a strategic transformation and innovation unit, delivered in two essential phases.
ELEVATING FLAG FOOTBALL TO AN OLYMPIC-GRADE GLOBAL PRODUCT
IFAF, backed by the NFL, partnered with us to build and deploy its media go-to-market strategy ahead of the LA28 Olympics. The collaboration covers media rights, content distribution, production, and partnership development, creating a holistic plan to elevate flag football and unlock new revenue opportunities.
UEFA INNOVATION HUB
During his time at UEFA, our Chief Strategy Officer, Jean-Baptiste Alliot, launched the UEFA Innovation Hub to respond to ever-changing habits and an increasingly demanding environment for football. Our collaboration continued afterward with the elaboration of a monthly Sports Innovation roundup.
DESIGNING THE LEAGUE DIGITAL STRATEGY FOR 2027
In April 2023, the Swiss Football League entered into a strategic partnership with LaSource to enhance its digital capabilities and improve operational efficiency. Our collaboration focused on implementing a comprehensive digital strategy, with key initiatives planned through 2027.
DESIGNING PZPN’S MEDIA & D2C ROADMAP
We designed a future-ready, data-driven media roadmap grounded in market intelligence, international benchmarking, and trend analysis for PZPN to redefine its media strategy and regain control over audiences and data.
MEDIA RIGHTS ACQUISITION
1001TV, an Iraq-based OTT streaming platform, expanded its content portfolio by incorporating live sports. As they ventured into sports media rights for the first time, they turned to us for strategic guidance. Leveraging our expertise in the sports and media landscape, we successfully helped them secure LaLiga broadcasting rights for the Iraqi market.
DATA & TECHNOLOGIES
FOR FOOTBALL PLAYERS
Since 2020 we work with FIFPRO by supporting them in providing player unions and players with an annual framework programme on player data-based innovation and technology in the football industry.

We provided ThinkSport with a detailed monthly report on developments in the Sports Industry, including in-depth analysis and key elements to highlight across Media, fan engagement, digital strategy, and new technologies.
